About Us

Resilience Physical Therapy of WNY was formed to help return the focus of physical therapy back to the patient. With a patient-centered approach, our team is able to use a holistic approach and focus on the patient as a whole instead of just one body part at a time. Patients will have one-on-one time for 45-60 minutes including manual therapy with a Doctor of Physical Therapy. As a concierge service, the therapist is able to work on several different body parts that may be giving you issues that specific day and will have more time to focus on your specific issues compared to a generalized program. Goals and treatment plans will be discussed with you, so you have a say in your care.

Direct Access

We are able to accept patients with direct access. Direct access in the state of New York allows you to come to physical therapy without a referral from your doctor. This limits the patient to only 10 visits or 30 days, whichever comes first. The general recommendation is to get a referral from your doctor to open up the opportunity for yourself, but discussions with the physical therapist are always open.
