Sessions will be about 45-60 minutes long for prenatal or postpartum patients, stress/urge incontinence, prolapse, vulvodynia, or other pelvic floor dysfunctions. Initial sessions will include an evaluation of mobility and strength of the body and pelvic floor and will also include manual treatment (stretching, joint mobilization, cupping, myofascial release, etc.) and exercises to assist with optimal functioning.
